Who Am I?
My Practice
My practice is located in North Chesterfield, Virginia.
My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, integrated mental health care. I treat a number of mental health disorders utilizing methods that include mindfulness, hypnotherapy and integrated/holistic modalities and spiritual methodologies.
Treatment Focus
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We can achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing an integrated treatment plan.
